Today’s dose of inspiration is a lyric from one of my favorite songs, “Thankful” from British singer-songwriter, Rumer (a.k.a. Sarah Joyce). Haven’t heard of her? Then consider yourself on notice. After seeing Rumer on the TV show, Live from Daryl’s House (Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates) her music has become a regular on my iTunes playlist. Last week, I had the chance to see her perform live at an intimate venue and I’ve got to admit that Rumer, with her soft, sultry voice, is the real deal. Check her out.
Rumer most definitely is the real deal.
Once you have succumbed to her soft, velvety tones, which takes you to a different place, there is no turning back and you will be a convert for life.
